I had an incredible experience at this hotel! the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. Secondly, the rooms were spacious, clean and had a bathtub - a luxury I greatly enjoyed. Additionally, the hotel's attention to detail was impressive, from the beautifully maintained garden to the refreshing pool. Lastly, the location was perfect, just a short distance from the stunning coast of Jimbaran, allowing me to easily explore the surrounding area.
Everything was absolutely fine.

The pool was nice and clean, perfect for a refreshing swim. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Aga who went above and beyond to assist us. The free shuttle service to the beach was convenient and saved us money on transportation.
The location was not ideal, requiring a scooter or expensive taxis to get around. The kitchen was very disappointing, with slow service and poor quality food.

The hotel offered a free shuttle service to nearby areas, which was very convenient. the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. the rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable atmosphere.
There was some noise from nearby construction and power lines, which could be slightly disruptive at times. the breakfast service was slow and average, leaving something to be desired.

We had an amazing time exploring the stunning beaches near the hotel, just a short drive away. the location in the jungle provided a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. the designated dining area was cozy and inviting, perfect for enjoying a delicious meal. the staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service and make our stay comfortable. the room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. the breakfast offered a variety of options to suit everyone's tastes. the facilities, such as the pool, were well-maintained and provided a great place to relax.
Some of the staff had poor English skills, which made communication a bit challenging at times.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and we were impressed by how spacious and comfortable they were. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool, gym, and spa, were excellent and added to our overall relaxation. Additionally, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with any questions or concerns. The location on the bukit peninsula was perfect for us, as it provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere away from the bustling city.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
